The second factor is the cost involved in the planning. The smooth running of plans requires the necessary funding to be instituted and that makes sure they will be completed. This funding if to be provided by the business should ensure that it is able to run to the end. The funds that the business allocates for the plan in the budget should be able to be managed.
The third factor calls for the space for expansion. The business seeks to grow and expand some day in the future. The business that purposes to grow and to expand should have enough spaces to do so. Limited space would limit the growth of a company.
